Observed facts
- Reported unclaimed-prize counts by prize tier, ticket price, stated overall odds, and source timestamps.
- Official corpus coverage plus separate legacy descriptor-subset validation.
Comparing modeled payout per dollar, profit frequency, and large-prize upside separately.
Complete official active corpus. Values below are reported prize-table facts, not tickets known to remain for sale. Published overall odds are not current odds; Ticket tiers are noncash face credit.

Historical research checks below assess whether exact current ticket odds can be established. They do not gate the assumption-based relative comparisons above.
Cash value retained, prize-value retention relative to reported claim depletion, top-prize survival, and mid-tier retention are calculated from the same reported unclaimed-prize tables. They are correlated descriptors, not independent evidence.
True current expected payout needs winning tickets actually available for sale divided by all saleable tickets. Neither quantity is public. Reported unclaimed prizes can include tickets already sold but not yet claimed or reconciled.
A game dominates on reported conditions only if it is no worse on every displayed metric and strictly better on at least one. This is not purchase advice.
These four correlated descriptors remain a separate legacy watchlist view. They are not current odds, expected value, a prediction, a recommendation, or a scientific model.
